Challenge
A large-scale conservancy in East Africa required an integrated security and aerial surveillance programme — covering UAS deployment, ranger force development, and real-time Operational Coordination intelligence.
Scope of Work
Black Star Global designed and operationalised the full programme, encompassing UAS platform deployment with DJI Enterprise Matrice thermal payloads, operator training through KCAA-certified instructors, ranger force selection and induction, and establishment of an integrated Operational Coordination capability feeding real-time intelligence to conservation management.
